What if the parts we have closed off are the key to freedom and creativity?
ShamaSomatic Constellations is the healing process of self empowering from a shamanic perspective. A deep journey as body to transform traumas and limiting beliefs from the family system.
Our sense of self-value and self-worth has its roots into the believes that we have developed during the early years of our lives. It is here that we learn to compromise, to allow and to deny.
That we learn what is good enough, adequate, accepted and what has no value and ‘do not fit’. We learn that parts of our core essence are to be kept hidden from the danger of being judged.
Almost every issue in our personal life rises from this primary trauma. What if the parts we have closed off are the key to freedom and creativity? What will happen when we enter the taboo’s territory, allowing full expression as a way to actually protect our essence? Taboos might then become journeys, roads, paths into the intimate and generous world of our essential self.
The Systemic and Family Constellations approach is going to guide us through a process of breaking through old believes and straight into the truth of our essence, beyond personal stories and family entanglements, so that they no longer defines us.
Our physical body and its dances are going to guide us into new lands, new fields, and allow them to call our true essence into a rebellious adventure from taboos into pleasure, creativity and worth. Shamanism which its quality to be spiritually inclusive and cyclical is going to provide resources into wholeness and essence retrieval.

Accommodation in one, two persons room, or own tent.
Fresh, vegetarian food, prepared for us by our super vegetarian chef, to take care of our nourishment and energy (breakfast, lunch and dinner and coffee breaks)
Stefania Ammirata is a dance artist, somatic educator, Spiritual, Systemic and Family Constellation
Facilitator. Dance and Expressive Arts therapist, OSF’s teacher, Bach Remedies practitioner, Sacred Fire Ceremonies facilitator and Core Awareness Savvy, with extended knowledge in embryology, pre& perinatal psychology and shamanic processes. For more than 15 years, she has been living off grid in a community in The Netherlands, deeply in resonance with the cyclical movement of nature and her medicines.
Owner of Resonantia, she is the creator of an exceptional approach to Systemic work, Shama-Somatic Constellations, which she teaches to coaches, therapists, facilitators, educators, during a deep 3 years long education, The Skin of the Cosmos.
At the heart of this approach we are guided through a process of reconnection with our longings and to what has meaning and value to us, making us fully available to life. A life worth living.
